What happens to my coupon if I return my order?
Please be informed that if your purchases used a coupon, the coupon amounts will not be refunded when items are returned as they are non-refundable. The coupon will lose its value and cannot be replaced when refunding a product.
Any returning product that results in a failure to meet the coupon minimum spend will cause the discount to be void and the coupon amount will be deducted from the remaining product value and cannot be applied to the remaining item(s).
Please refer to the below examples as your references:
Example A: Purchase value above the coupon minimum spend after return.
Purchase Value (before coupon discount applied): $100
Coupon Used: Off $7, minimum spend $70
Price of the returned product: $30
Remaining Value (after returned): $70
Total Refund Amount: $30
Example B: Purchase value below the coupon minimum spend after return.

Coupon Used: Off $7, minimum spend $70
Price of the returned product: $55
Remaining Value (after returned): $45

1. Product(s) in new & original condition can be returned & exchanged within 30 days (including the date of purchase).
2. Original receipt and product packaging attached with its original price tags and labels will be required for return, refund & exchange in store.
3. Product(s) purchased from our physical stores can be EXCHANGED at any UNIQLO Singapore physical store.
4. Product(s) purchased from our physical stores can ONLY be returned & REFUNDED in the original store you purchased the product(s).
5. Product(s) purchased outside of Singapore is NOT eligible for return, refund & exchange.
6. Product(s) sold at sale prices due to existing defects are not eligible for return, refund and exchange.
7. Innerwear and packaged items cannot be exchanged or returned due to our strict hygiene policy.
8. Purchases made using mall vouchers or gift cards are not eligible for refunds. If a novelty is included in your purchase, the novelty must be returned to be eligible for refunds.
9. UNIQLO (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. reserves the rights to reject any return or exchange that do not fulfill any of the above stated requirements.

Product(s) can be returned ONLY to our warehouse via parcel return. Return & refund to physical stores will NOT be accepted.
(ii) For Online Purchase via 'Pay In Store':
Product(s) can be returned ONLY to the original physical store you made the payment. Return & refund to warehouse via parcel return will NOT be accepted.
1. We accept exchange or return within 30 days from the date you received the order.
2. Original receipt must be presented for exchange or return.
3. Original product is required. Exchanged or returned product(s) must be in its new and original condition, original product packaging attached with its original price tags and labels.

Online order's recipient's name must tally with the passport.
